Planning a replacement, rather than an emergency repair

Start with the windows you want to change and the result you need. We can discuss frame material, opening style and glazing before agreeing the scope of removal and installation.

  • Send an overall photo and approximate width and height of each opening. Number the photos when replacing several windows.
  • Tell us which shutters and finishes you would like to keep, and whether the property will be occupied during the work.
  • The quote should identify removal, fitting, making good and access arrangements. Manufacturing measurements must be confirmed.

Should I replace the window or repair it?

A stiff handle or worn seal does not automatically mean the entire window needs replacing. Describe the fault first. For a broken window or an urgent security problem, use the separate emergency contact rather than assuming a planned installation slot.
